aren’t you planning to add a tags feature for test cases? It would be a great help for additional sorting of TC.

We don’t have tags for test cases per default, but you can add a custom field to your test cases with type “multi-select”. This field type allows you to define values/categories/labels.
You can then filter your test cases to include any, none or all of the values/tags. (Filtering options are also explained here).
