Hey there! If I remove all test cases and then create one new, the id of the new test is incremented from the last one created. I guess this is from your database, but is there any way to reset this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset IDs of entities like test cases. Even if deleted, test cases can be undeleted and would keep their ID.
The only way to reset IDs is to create a completely new organization.
