Is there any function that includes TC in the lower folder when exporting the upper folder?
(include steps, expectation contents)

Hi,
It’s a bit of a hidden gem, but if you select a folder in the “Test case folders” tree view and then use the “Export folder as CSV/Excel” menu item from the tree view, it will export test cases from the whole folder including sub folders:
If you do the same in the “More…” button menu for the folder on the right, it will only export test cases from this very folder. The reason is that when exporting from the folder “More…” button, you can also select specific test cases in the list to export only.
