"Add requirement" - the requirement doesn't immediately show up

(I’m not sure if this is technically a bug report or a feature request, but what I experience at least doesn’t feel very “Testiny-like”.)

When adding a requirement to a test case, it doesn’t show up immediately after pressing “Link requirement”. For it to show, I need to close the tab for the test case and re-open it.

When I discovered this (potential) bug, I ended up with duplicate requirement (I added the same Jira-ticket twice), because I am used to the overall smoothness in Testiny.

Quick update: It works “properly” now. :thinking: This might have been due to some latency on my internet connection or slowness on the servers then.

thanks for reporting this issue. It shouldn’t happen and always show up immediately, you’re right. It was probably due to a network hickup/websocket notification issue.

Did you add the requirement in the same browser tab where you were expecting to see it? Or were you working with multiple browser tabs?

I experienced the hickup in the same browser tab, but I think I might have had several tabs open (one for test run and one for test cases).

We have had some latency issues on our network here at the office, so the whole thing might have been due to errors on our end.
