Under Support, you’ll to find a link to this documentation and to the API docs. Moreover, you’re able to grant the Testiny team access to your account. If you encounter any problems please do not hesitate to contact our support.

Grant access

Security and data integrity are a primary concern at Testiny and we value your privacy. If you do not check this box, we will not be able to verify the data you enter into Testiny.

By enabling the "Grant support team access to my organization" checkbox, you send an invite to the Testiny support team, to access your account. This way, we’ll be able to access your account in the same way as one of your account administrators. Our support team user will of course not be billed.

If you’re facing some issues with Testiny, please enable the checkbox, so we can have a direct look at your account. In case we need to set up an NDA first, please contact us via [email protected].
