Organization
In the "Organization" section, you can define the name of your organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization.
General information
In this subsection you can find the following information:
-
Short name — The short name is an internal identifier for your organization. It is set during organization creation and cannot be modified afterward.
-
Full name — The full name should describe your organization — for example, for a company use your company name or for open-source projects, use the project name. The full name can be changed by an administrator at any time.
-
Owner — Displays the owner of this organization. The owner can’t be deleted and has all rights to this organization (e.g. delete the organization or transfer the ownership).
Select the owner wisely; if the owner’s email is no longer accessible, you will not be able to change the owner by yourself. In this case please contact our support.
- Created at — The time the organization was created.
Settings
These settings modify behavior on an organization-wide level. They can be overridden in the project configuration.
-
Allow re-opening test runs — Choose if a closed test run can be re-opened. Re-opening is either always possible, allowed within a grace period or not allowed at all.
-
Allow editing test results — Choose if a test result can be modified. Modifying a result is either always possible, allowed within a grace period or not allowed at all.

Danger zone
Only the owner is allowed to perform actions in this section!
Transferring ownership
The ownership can be transferred to any user in the organization.
An email will be sent to both the new and the old owner.
Delete organization
Here you can delete your organization completely.
To do so, fill in all the fields in the appearing dialog and proceed with "Confirm".
Please note: This only deletes the organization, but not the user accounts (as the user may be part of another organization).
This action is irreversible, so be really sure if you’d want to proceed!
